Such a pleasure to rent a castle from Innisfil Backyard Bounce. The process was so simple and Justyna was so amazing to deal with. She answered all of my questions. Such a nice family run business. This will be my 3rd time renting from them and I will continue coming back and sending all my friends and family to them.

Second time renting a bouncy castle from Innisfil Backyard Bounce and so impressed! What a great deal first of all, to pay once and get it for the whole weekend - wow! This year we opted for a water bouncer and the kids had so much fun going down the slide into the pool below. It even had basketball nets! Hours of fun were had. Top notch quality, amazing customer service, convenient pickup/drop off location, easy to set up and take down. Take your next party up a level and rent from these guys!!

I could gush about these guys all day but ill just say if you want an incredible event, this is who you have to call. The customer service is exceptional and Justyna is so kind and understanding, definitely went above and beyond for my party! 10/10 ive found my party people for life!

We recently rented a bouncy castle for our son’s 4th birthday and I’d highly recommend Innisfil Backyard Bounce. Their prices are cheaper than others, they have a huge selection, the owners were lovely to deal with (they answered any questions I had before hand & were very nice in all our interactions), the bouncy castle was clean & in great condition, and it was relatively easy to set up (you just need a bit of muscle power to move it)!

This company is first and foremost amazing with service & SO clean , but most importantly SO SO kind.
Our daughter has been fighting a serious life threatening medical illness & this company heard about us and has been just unbelievably generous & kind to our family.
With out a doubt this is the company you want to support & you will not be disappointed!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Justyna and her husband were amazing throughout the entire process and hit the nail on the head with making my vision come true. If your little one has a special day coming up I highly recommend.

Excellent service. Drop off, pickup, and assembly included. Very nice people to deal with. Professional and courteous and on time with everything. Communicated well and the soft play equipment was clean. The kids had a blast on it. The rollercoaster was a hit. Perfect for a group of 7 kids aged 1 to 3 for a holiday party.

We rented the soft play for our daughters first birthday and it was such a hit! The company is amazing at being responsive to messages, set up was quick and efficient, and they are such nice and friendly people! Definitely recommend Innisfil Backyard Bounce to everyone. You won't regret choosing them for your party fun!

*Innisfil Backyard Bounce made our celebrations fun and the most memorable ever! We have used them multiple times for my husbands surprise foam birthday party, movie night outdoors, my daughters graduation party and during covid lockdowns to keep the kids entertained. They have incredible service, excellent communication and great quality bouncers for the entire family to use. Lots of bouncy castles to choose from. Big thank you to them both for making this a smooth and easy process. Best part we were all enjoying the entire weekend full of fun with family and friends! We have also did their lawn signs *SparkleTheYard - this was also a big hit for our kids birthdays, hubby's birthday, my mom's 60th birthday, graduation, 1st holy communion and my own birthday. I'll never rent a bouncy castle from anywhere else. This place is amazing! Beyond affordable, super easy to set up the inflatable, even the clean up process was easy! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a bouncy castle to rent.

Decided on a last minute rental for our son's 7th birthday. I found them through an online search and it was so seamless. From being able to quickly see availability of our preferred rental, to Pick up and Drop off - everything was so easy.
