🎈 How do your rentals work?

We offer DIY bounce house rentals, meaning you pick up, set up, and return the inflatable yourself.

Your rental includes:

  • One low weekend rate (Friday to Sunday)
  • Everything needed for setup
  • Easy instructions
  • Phone support if you need help

We do not regularly offer delivery or setup, as most rentals are DIY to keep pricing affordable.

👉 However, in some cases we may be able to offer delivery depending on staff availability and scheduling. Please contact us directly to inquire about delivery options for your date.

🛡️ Are you insured?

Yes. We carry a $5 million liability insurance policy for our inflatable rentals.

All rentals require a signed waiver at pickup for safety and liability purposes. This helps ensure a safe experience for all bounce house rentals in Ontario.

💰 Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your bounce house rental. This guarantees your inflatable is booked for your selected date for your birthday party or backyard event in Innisfil or Barrie.

🚗 Will the bounce house fit in my vehicle?

Our inflatables are commercial-grade bounce houses, not small retail versions. They can weigh up to 250 lbs.

We recommend:

  • SUV (seats down)
  • Minivan (seats down)
  • Pickup truck

Smaller vehicles may work for certain units, but it is not guaranteed. We provide loading and unloading assistance, but we are not responsible for vehicle damage during transport.

🏡 What do I need to set up a bounce house?

To safely set up your DIY bounce house rental, you will need:

  • A flat, clear space (grass is best)
  • Enough room based on inflatable size (check product dimensions)
  • Free of rocks, sticks, and sharp objects
  • A power source within reasonable distance

If setting up on concrete or gravel, a ground tarp is required to protect the inflatable.

🛡️ Are your inflatables TSSA certified?

Yes. Innisfil Backyard Bounce is TSSA licensed for inflatable rentals in Ontario.

TSSA-certified units are available for approved public or larger events. Please contact us directly if you require certified units for school, corporate, or community events.

🌧️ What is your weather policy?

Safety is our top priority for all bounce house rentals in Innisfil and Barrie.

We recommend checking weather conditions using The Weather Network.

  • Do not use inflatables in winds over 20 km/h
  • Avoid use during heavy rain or lightning
  • Always unplug blower and deflate during unsafe weather

Customers are responsible for properly storing equipment during weather events to avoid damage.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

  • Rentals cancelled 72+ hours before pickup receive a full refund.
  • Rentals cancelled within 72 hours receive a credit valid for 1 year (subject to availability).
  • No-shows or failure to notify Innisfil Backyard Bounce result in loss of deposit and no credit.

If the weather forecast shows heavy rain or unsafe conditions on your rental day, we offer a full refund or option to reschedule.

On the day of your rental, if severe weather is expected, we may also offer the option to proceed or cancel based on conditions.

If a rental is cancelled due to weather, we will always do our best to offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A credit or rescheduled date (if preferred)

🎉 What are your bounce house rules?

  • Follow weight and occupancy limits
  • No shoes, food, or sharp objects inside
  • Adult supervision required at all times
  • Use only as instructed

Our goal is to keep all bounce house rentals in Ontario safe and fun for kids and families.

🧼 Are the inflatables cleaned?

Yes. Every inflatable is inspected, thoroughly cleaned, and sanitized after each rental using commercial-grade disinfectant.

♻️ Return condition requirements

  • Clean (no grass, dirt, or debris)
  • Dry (fully air-dried if used wet)
  • Properly folded for pickup

Failure to return equipment in proper condition may result in additional cleaning fees.
